Hallelujah! Finally someone in Juneau who knows good pizza and can produce it! My hubs and I have been waiting for you!!!
I made down to the cart today at lunch and was swept away to real pizzaria! Delicious, bubbly, crisp but tender crust, perfectly seasoned, light sauce (not the usual too sweet or too salty). A perfect pizza. I'll be back and will let others know to come down for lunch or early dinner.
Maybe one day you'll do a pie with arugula, prosciutto, ribbons of pear and the lightest milky burrata.

OMG!!! Best pizza ever! Thank you so much for a fun experience cooking wood fired pizza!! Loved it!
