We create delicious 13” pizzas, tailored to your choice. They are sliced and brought to a main table where guests may choose from the variety you select. Salads are ready at the start of the event. Cooking time per pizza is about 6 minutes with the ability to have at least 3 in the oven at a time. We bring out pizzas continually until all guests have eaten. The estimate is about 4 slices per guest. Our pizzas are made using not only the highest quality ingredients but also the most authentic to the Neapolitan-style. We use a Valoriani wood-fired oven imported from Italy and fire the oven with seasoned alder found locally.
