Monday - Friday April 8th - April 12th: 5 to 9pm Saturday & Sunday April 13th & 14th: 11-2pm and 5 to 9pm You can now purchase our dough balls fresh or frozen at Panhandle Produce or Rainbow Foods! The creations you can make are endless and fun!
Look for us to announce our Spring opening, near the later part of March 2019. Follow us on social media for more up to date information @fornorossoak We create delicious 13” pizzas, tailored to your choice. They are sliced and brought to a main table where guests may choose from the variety you select. Salads are ready at the start of the event. Cooking time per pizza is about 6 minutes with the ability to have at least 3 in the oven at a time. We bring out pizzas continually until all guests have eaten. The estimate is about 4 slices per guest. Our pizzas are made using not only the highest quality ingredients but also the most authentic to the Neapolitan-style. We use a Valoriani wood-fired oven imported from Italy and fire the oven with seasoned alder found locally. Contact us for a quote on our request form.  Happy Summer 2018! We will be working at the Alaskan Brewery, Saturday, April 28th until 4pm! Volunteers that signup and work with the brewery at 8am, meeting at the pullout near Sunnypoint, will receive a wristband and a free pizza from 1130am to 1pm. After this time we will remain at the brewery until 4pm serving delicious pizza. http://litterfree.org/annual-cleanup
We will be serving pizza at the 2018 Travel Juneau Fair, Saturday, April 21st, Noon until 4pm!
Come and join the fun! This is a free community event! https://www.traveljuneau.com/event/juneau-travel-fair/572/ Fundraiser for the 8th graders at Juneau Community Charter School to fund their annual educational themed trip in May. Friday, October 6th 5:30p to 8:30p. There will be a musical line up going on in the charter school, including folk and jazz acts. Please come enjoy pizza and listen to some great music!
